| Date: 2008-08-29I wanted to share my experience with you so if you are considering this adapter you will not waste your money like I did. We have 2 new cell phones from Verizon. A LG ENV2 and a Motorola Adventure V750. I bought 2 of these adapters for my Motorola thinking that it said Motorola, would work fine. It didn't. However, it does work on the LG phone. I think this adapter works with the ORIGINAL RAZR and not the RAZR 2 or Adventure. The $12.99 adapter that Verizon sells works with both phones, so I guess I will live with that and my wife gets to listen to her music now!
| Date: 2008-08-25I have an LGVX8300 and its annoying to have to have an adaptor to use headphones or speakers. I previously bought one that was white, so I was getting this one to match the phone but it doesn't work on my phone. I bought a speaker at Verizon that comes with an adaptor that is supposed to work on my phone(a black adapter) and it wouldn't work either. So I bought another white one, and it works.

Does NOT work with ANY stereo headphones as promised.
Tried 3 different pairs of headphones and in all cases there was only sound out of one side.
Note: Buy an adapter with only two lines on the male end (witness in the picture how there are three lines) and you should be fine.
The three lines are for: Left, Right, and Microphone.
Therein lies the problem, you want two lines, one for Left and one for Right, since headphones don't have a microphone.
| Date: 2008-07-29Great price, great service, but unfortunately it won't work in my Blackberry 8830. It has the triple band on the 2.5mm jack, but evidently that's not enough. I finally ordered one from Blackberry and it works fine. I'll be darned if I can see any difference in the two jacks, but evidently there is one.
| Date: 2008-07-24This was very inexpensive, but considering that it did not work, it was a bust. I wanted to use it to pipe audio from my Treo to my car, using a 3.5 mm male to 3.5 mm male extension and the car's 3.5 mm female input jack, which works great when I attach it to my iPod. This adapter did not work to connect the Treo. Disappointing, to say the least, but I did not have a lot of skin in it, so it was not a big deal.
