How do I place an order?
Once you have found the item that you want to buy press the 'Buy This Item' button on the product page and you will be redirected to the secure payment page on Amazon.com.
How are my items shipped?
For speed and efficiency your items are shipped directly from Amazon.com or its Merchant. This means your item can be shipped to almost any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The exact availability for each item will be listed in the shipping options in the shopping basket.
What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping rates vary depending on the product so please check the product page for the exact amount. As we work with Amazon.com you can take advantage of their free super saver shipping option which is made available on many products when spending $25 or more. Once again check the product page to see if your product has this option.
How do I track my order?
When you complete your purchase you will be sent and email from Amazon.com confirming your order and the expected delivery date per item. This email will include a link entitled 'Where's my stuff?' which allows you to track your item(s) on the Amazon.com website.
What payment methods do you offer?
Once you are in the checkout on Amazon.com you will see that they offer American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, Amazon.com gift certificates, Amazon Credit Account, Webcertificates, and checks, money orders, traveler's checks, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. They also accept Borders Gift Cards and Waldenbooks Gift Cards as payment for selected products. Unfortunately Amazon.com do not accept international wire transfers, PayPal, or Smart Cards.
Do you offer a guarantee?

This means that you are covered for the condition of the product you buy and its timely delivery under the conditions in the Amazon.com A-to-Z Guarantee. The Amazon.com A-Z Guarantee covers you for up to $2,500 of the purchase price, including shipping charges.
How do I return an Item?
In the event that you need to return an item this will be managed by Amazon.com. Their standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. A full refund is offered on most items that are sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com as long as they are new and unopened and returned withn 30 days of the original delivery date. The cost of return shipping will be compensated if the return is a result of Amazon.com's error. If the item has been opened or it has been returned more than 30 days after delivery you will receive a partial refund. Please note that some items cannot be returned, please see Amazon.com's Returns Policy for more details. You should receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If the item you have is faulty and you need to exchange it for the same item, visit Amazon.com's Returns Center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.
